Enrollment

Enrollment for the First Step (twos) takes place in October/November. We begin reviewing applications in August. Parents are invited to participate in virtual tours and join open house events. We follow up with a visit to the facilities by appointment only. Invitations to enroll are sent out in November. Priority is given to siblings of current families. All other placements come from the waitlist. All incoming families must complete a waitlist application.

Enrollment for Upper School (threes and fours) commences in December when our currently enrolled families are invited to re-enroll for the next school year. All other placements come from applications received. Invitations to enroll are sent out in January. All incoming families must complete a waitlist application.

A child's  placement is based on availability and is for the school year. Children are not moved from classroom to classroom during the year. RHNS admits children of any ability, race, creed, family status, ability to pay, and national origin.

The application fee is non-refundable. Deposits are non-refundable and applied to Spring semester tuition. The deposit is forfeited if a family elects to withdraw from the program. The first 30 days of enrollment shall be a trial period for either party to terminate the enrollment contract. After 30 days, please refer to the withdrawal policy.
